Delivering Your Order

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

For domestic orders, shipping will either be fulfilled by USPS or UPS.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail updating you with tracking information and an expected delivery date. Please note that delivery of orders can potentially be delayed due to inclement weather, back-ups with the delivery, or other factors.  

Please ensure that you have entered a correct and valid address during checkout. Any inconsistencies in the address can cause the package to be returned and result in delays and potential fees.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order is not successfully delivered due to being lost or stolen, please contact us at support@brobroscloset.com. Our team will do our best to track down your package and work with the shipping company to rectify any issues.
