Our team works hard to ensure that each piece is restored and in quality condition prior to hitting our shop floor or website. While we do our best to restore each pre-loved piece, we know that some items may still have stains, holes, tears, and other flaws, but we are sure to highlight those in the product description so that customers can know what to expect.

In the description for each product, we provide the products measurements and an accompanying sizing guide to help you understand how we measure the products dimensions.
Requesting Review
If you receive an item that doesn't match the product description or images provided in the listing, please reach out to our team and we will be happy to support. Email us at support@brobroscloset with a description of the items condition and images that can help us understand the discrepancy between your items condition and what was provided in the product listing.
In the event that the product condition was incorrectly provided by our team, we will support with fixing the issue, likely resulting in a return that will be covered by us.
